What to Expect:

- Guided Tour: Wander through our charming, old-world venue, rich with stories and character. Our knowledgeable guides will share the fascinating history of the building, highlighting its restoration journey and the unique architectural features that make it such a treasure.

- Cordial Tastings: Indulge your palate with a selection of our exquisite cordials. From fruity to herbal, each tasting will showcase the craftsmanship and creativity that goes into making our delightful beverages. Learn about the ingredients and processes behind each cordial and discover your new favourites!

- Alcohol Experience: Sample several of our alcoholic beverages from spirits, liqueurs and beers and get some top tips for consuming these on their own, in a cocktail or simply on ice. 

- Interactive Experience: Have fun with our passionate team as they share their expertise and answer your questions about both the history of the building, the art of cordial making and their favourite flavours! 

- Private tastings: Spend the final 15 minutes of the tour in our magical tasting space before we open to the public and enjoy top tips on how to serve our delightful alcoholic products and fun and flavoursome non-alcoholic products
